Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce was seen leaving Taylor Swift’s Tribeca apartment early Monday morning, catching a private jet back to Kansas City to attend practice.

Kelce’s quick return to Chiefs duty comes after the couple enjoyed a weekend together in New York City, taking advantage of the team’s off-week following their impressive 26-13 victory over the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football.

While Kelce flew back to Kansas City for practice, Swift remained in New York to prepare for her “Eras” tour stop in Miami, Florida, scheduled for October 18.

The 34-year-old pop sensation had previously cheered on Kelce and the Chiefs during their Week 5 win at Arrowhead Stadium on October 7, where she was joined by her father, Scott Swift. The victory improved the Chiefs’ record to a flawless 5-0.

The couple made the most of Kelce’s time off by enjoying two public date nights in the city. On Friday, October 11, they were spotted dining with friends Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds at a trendy corner restaurant in SoHo. Swift, known for her chic style, looked stunning with her signature red lipstick and classic Hollywood waves, while Kelce kept it casual and cool in a navy and cream printed shirt paired with matching navy pants.

This isn’t the first time the celebrity foursome has been spotted together. They were photographed vacationing in Rhode Island over the summer, further solidifying the friendship between the two power couples.

The next night, Swift and Kelce were seen out again, this time dining at the downtown hotspot Tesi. Swift wowed in a green velvet corset and matching miniskirt, while Kelce kept it stylish with a light blue Marni shirt and beige trousers. The pair, clearly enjoying their time together, made the most of Kelce’s break before the NFL season resumed.

However, Monday morning marked the end of their weekend getaway, as Kelce returned to Kansas City to prepare for the Chiefs’ upcoming game. Kansas City faces the San Francisco 49ers in a highly anticipated rematch of the 2024 Super Bowl next Sunday. Unfortunately, Swift may not be in attendance as she’ll be busy rehearsing for her Miami concert.
