Wide receiver Davante Adams was traded from the Las Vegas Raiders to the New York Jets, where he has been reunited with quarterback Aaron Rodgers, with whom he played on the Green Bay Packers from 2014 until 2021.
Unfortunately, the second act of their careers together has not gone well.
The only thing that looks good for Davante Adams has to be his new cleats.
This week, the New York Jets wide receiver showed off his custom Taco Bell Air Jordan 1 cleats that were made for him.
Adams has previously appeared in an ad campaign for the chain, in which he has a Taco Bell restaurant in his house.

Davante Adams has now played in four games for the New York Jets.
This past Sunday, Adams caught 6-of-13 targets for 31 yards in Sunday’s 31-6 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
The loss dropped the team to 3-7 as they continue to falter and look like a team that will accomplish absolutely nothing.

The Grass Has Not Been Greener For Davante Adams After His Trade From The Raiders
On October 15, the Raiders granted Davante Adams a trade and dealt their star wide receiver to the New York Jets.
The grass was supposed to be greener for Adams in New York, but less than a month after the trade, the Jets have lost 3 out of 4 games.
Only one game separates both teams in the win column.
In four games with Rodgers and the Jets, Adams has 206 receiving yards on 20 receptions and one touchdown.
In three games with the Raiders, Adams had 18 receptions for 209 yards and a touchdown.
It is looking like the Jets are getting the worst end of the deal. Adams comes with a massive contract, and soon, the team will have a quarterback who will retire due to his decline and age.
