Lynn Camp High School basketball coach Tyler Wagner is unfortunately under tremendous fire for the language he used in the locker room while speaking to his players.
A video has surfaced online of the head coach being secretly recorded by a player on the team, which shows Wagner being irate at his players in the locker room over their play on the court.
The video was posted to Facebook last Friday, titled, “Some coach this is right here @lynn camp needs to do better!!”
The post has been shared over 3,600 times and has been commented on by more than 2,600 people.

On Wednesday, Tyler Wagner released a statement announcing his resignation, effective immediately.
“The language I used in the video is not acceptable in any manner,” Wagner wrote. “My actions were not acceptable, my language was not acceptable, and I need to be a better example if I am going to be a head coach or mentor for my players.”
Tyler Wagner was hired as head coach in May 2023. His resignation comes about a month before Lynn Camp’s first regular season game this year.
Wagner attended Lynn Camp High School and then played three seasons at Union College.
Coming back to play at the high school he attended was likely his dream, and now it’s over.
Head Coach Tyler Wagner Being Forced Into Resignation Shows How Differently Things Have Changed Over The Years
Lynn Camp High School basketball coach Tyler Wagner’s having to lose his job because he cursed in a speech to his players really sheds light on how things have truly changed in sports.
This new crop of kids and parents has become incredibly soft on things that have been going on for a long time.
Unfortunately for old-school coaches like Tyler Wagner, he no longer has the option to coach kids with brash language that would be deemed harmful in today’s society.

Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark was named WNBA Rookie of the Year on Thursday, the league announced.
Clark overwhelmingly beat out Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese in a poll of 67 sportswriters and broadcasters.
The 22-year-old Clark saw her rookie campaign come to an end after the Fver were swept out of the playoffs by the Connecticut Sun.
A week after the postseason exit, Clark posted a message on Instagram to thank her fanbase.
“Year one,” the NCAA all-time leading scorer wrote along with a green tick emoji.
“Thank you to the many people who have supported me as I’ve been able to live my childhood dream.
