On Tuesday, the first College Football Playoff rankings were released, and four teams from the BIG 10, including Oregon, Indiana, Ohio State, and Penn State, were in the top 12. However, Pat McAfee dropped an interesting rumor that could ruin the chance of all of them to make it.

Unfortunately, McAfee mentioned that the lack of hotels near Penn State could mean they are left out of the first-ever expanded CFP.

Of course, the rumor McAfee revealed almost seems to compromise the integrity of the rankings system and how teams are picked for the playoffs, and social media is not happy about it.

Of course, Penn State is known for having some of the best environments for college football, so it’s hard to believe the surrounding area and school could not support a playoff game.

Also, if the team wins out and earns itself a top seed and is not allowed to host a game because of the reason McAfee mentions, you can bet there will be a major outcry from Penn State and college football fans.

Pat McAfee Spoke On Donald Trump Becoming President

McAfee has joined the long line of big-name sports analysts to be very open about who they supported in the presidential election.

Of course, on Wednesday morning, the day after Donald Trump was elected, McAfee took to X to say, “Good morning beautiful people.. ‘Tis a great day to have a great day See you at noon.. Gonna be a GREAT progrum today.”

There was a feeling that Jason Kelce might find himself in hot water with the law after snatching and then smashing someone’s phone on Saturday.

Multiple videos surfaced on social media over the weekend showing the former Eagles center being taunted by a fan who was recording him while he made his way to Beaver Stadium for the Penn State-Ohio State matchup.

The person in question, a Penn State fan, was heard asking Kelce, “Kelce — how does it feel that your brother is a [homophobic slur] for dating Taylor Swift?” the fan asked.

Kelce would grab the kid’s phone, smash it, pick it up, and ask him, “Who’s the [homophobic slur] now?”
